A clinical dietitian is a person who understands the needs of every individual and they are the nutrition professional who has received the specified training in nutrition, dietetics, and food safety. They know the process of recovery and also have a great understanding of what in general, a person needs in order to get the proper amount of nutrients in their body. Clinical dietitians are not ordinary dietitians but they are Nutritionists and Trainers too, So they know how to assess the severity of the issue, the potential for changes, and the consequences of not following through with the diet. They know that some people should be assessed with the detox period which is why they know how to assess the individual. They can also address the needs of an individual while they recover, so they can get an appropriate amount of nutrients in their body.
